Play Ball Weekend Recap

On Saturday, June 11th, Friends of Baseball partnered with MLB, the Hillsboro Hops and Nike Diamond to offer 5 free youth clinics for 500 youth around the Portland metro area.

​At Columbia Park, 100 youth players were out having fun with our Full Count RBI Coaches and players from the Hillsboro Hops. 
The clinics featured:

• Skills stations led by Hillsboro Hops players and FOB Coaches/Mentors
• Free "swag bag" for all participants, including a Nike T-shirt, Hops ticket, and a Friends of Baseball Activity Kit
• Q&A session with Hops players

We would like to give a HUGE shoutout to our partners at MLB, the Hillsboro Hops, and Nike for inviting FOB to be a part of Play Ball weekend.
