A Place for Young Women to Lead on and off the Field!
The Full Count Nike RBI Girls L.E.A.D. programprovides exposure to softball and leadership field trips. Our program includes fun, positive mentor coaches, career exploration with women guest speakers on leadership and on-going softball and leadership opportunities for youth players. Additionally, over 80% of campers represent Black, Indigenous, or communities of color.
This past summer over 30 incredible youth attended our Full Count Nike RBI camp at University Park. Highlights from the camp were:
Engaging softball skills stations with accomplished FOB coaches and fellows, dedicated collegiate players, and the expertise of Coach Erin Wilson from the Mariners Training Center.
A thought-provoking history lesson, spotlighting trailblazing women who shattered barriers by playing in the Negro Baseball League taught by Nikki Brown Clown.
Career exploration lesson with the President of Clark College, Dr. Karin Edwards
Science-infused softball fundamentals demonstrating principles of physics through engaging experiments.

Each camper went home with a Girls Lead FOB Swag kit including a glove, t-shirt, and visor
