2023 Full Count Nike RBI Baseball Skills Academy

This past week, we held our second annual Full Count Nike RBI Baseball Skills Academy at Jefferson High School. During this three-day camp, 30 ballplayers came to Jefferson to learn baseball fundamentals and improve their skills. 
 
Highlights from the camp were:

• Baseball skills stations with FOB coaches and mentors
• Stations with focus on defensive and hitting skills 
•  A thought-provoking lesson with inspirational guest speaker, Tyler Monk about the importance of academics and how important it is to be a Major League Citizen. 
• More VIP Guest speakers including catching coach Kevin Lovings, and Former college player, Blair Frederick who spoke about their experience being a Black ballplayer and how to transform their challenges into professional success 
• Breakfast, lunch, water and snacks were provided all 3 days
