2019 SWING FOR THE FENCES GALA
Thursday, November 14, 2019
Custom Blocks
1355 SE 10th Avenue, Portland
5:30 - 9:00 pm
Who says baseball has to be over in November?
Join us and Title Sponsor Portland Diamond Project for a memorable night as we transform Custom Blocks into the ballpark of your memories to help more youth swing for the fences on the field and in life
Full Count is our after school and summer youth program that teaches life skills through academic and social enrichments and physical recreation. Full Count is not your average sports recreation program – we design our curriculum for the whole child and help them build confidence in their physical abilities through fun and engaging baseball inspired games and inspire positive self-identity and goal attainment through educational and social enrichments that include math, history, science, and art.
In 5 summers of Full Count, we have grown this program from a 1 week summer camp to offering programs at 20 after school and summer sites in 5 school districts with 7 social service agency partners. We reached our goal of running programs in 20 sites a year early.
BUT our wait list for schools requesting our program is at an ALL TIME HIGH.
Join us for an evening of your sandlot memories to support the dreams of youth in our community to keep swinging for the fences on the field and in life. Buy your tickets at the link above or View sponsor packet
