A Place for Young Women to Lead on and off the Field! 

The Full Count Nike RBI Girls Lead program provides exposure to softball and leadership field trips. Our program includes fun, positive mentor coaches, career exploration with women guest speakers on leadership and on-going softball and leadership opportunities for youth players. Additionally, over 80% of campers represent Black, Indigenous, or communities of color.

This past summer we got back into the swing of things! In August 2022, over 30 softball campers attended our Full Count Nike RBI Girls Lead Softball camp at Roosevelt High School.
 
Highlights from the camp were:
  • Softball skills stations with PIL Athletics softball and baseball coaches
  • Field trip to a Seattle Mariners Game 
  • History lesson with Coach B about several women who played in the Negro Baseball League 
  • Career exploration with women guest speakers sharing their leadership experiences 
  • Arts & Crafts and a Girls Lead FOB kit including a glove, t-shirt, and visor
